Responsibilities for this position will include (but are not limited to):
- Introduce the Quality Management System (QMS) to the IT Operation Services. (ITOS) organization in Infopulse Ukraine.
- Maintain and control the overall activities of ITOS aligned with QMS.
- Tutor the service management tools (ServiceCenter).
- Author and control on the local policies are aligned with QMS.
- Build up a suitable Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Service Level Agreements & Objectives for overall unit and report organization KPI’s, SLO, SLA performance.
- Ensure that all major incidents, problems and change requests properly recorder, executed and followed-up in service management tool.
- Performs the change control of the QMS.
- Contribute to effectively interaction between the North and Ukraine.
- Follow up divagation and escalation.
- Enter into a virtual group close together with process mangers in Scandinavia.
- Act as an administrator of ITOS group steering committee.
- Asses, evaluates and manages the risks of global ITOS organization, including security, legal and global business trends.
- Arrange monthly meetings with Incident Managers, Problem Managers and Change Coordinators to gather experiences. We need to know what is good and what does not work.
Successful candidates should correspond to the following required competencies / skills:
- 3+ years in Quality Management, Quality Assurance.
- Solid understanding of Quality Management.
- Understanding of major ITIL disciplines.
- Extensive abilities for time management, and control of multiple concurrent tasks.
- Fluent English, both written and speaking.
- Experience in processes setup, control and change management.
- Mentoring skills.
- Practical experience as IT administrator is a plus.
