Responsibilities for this position will include (but are not limited to):
- Managing IT Operation area according to ITIL process and documentation.
- Supporting and assisting onshore department in the recruiting process.
- Following up and report all services delivered from Offshore side (SLA/OLA/KPI).
- Control of optimal use of offshore recourses.
- Estimation, planning & execution of projects.
- Managing communications between departments, between project team and customer.
Successful candidates should correspond to the following minimal required competencies:
- Solid practical background in Service/Helpdesk, Implementation and/or Networking.
- 2+ years of management experience.
- Understanding of core ITIL processes.
- Ability to setup and maintain team key performance indicators.
- Highly communicative, proactive and open minded thinking is the must.
- Certifications in networking, project management or operation disciplines is a plus.
- Very good English (both spoken and written), experience in writing documentation in English.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate competency in decision-making, planning and organizing, flexibility, self-initiative and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
